The 3rd Consortium Meeting of the MICIE project took place in Nicosia (Cyprus), from June 27 to 28, at the premises of OEB [Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation]. The aim of the meeting was to discuss the progress of the project, as well as the next steps until its completion next December.

During the two days, emphasis was given to the results of the workshops organised by the eight partners in Cyprus and Malta within the period March to June, and how these will be utilized for the development of the two countries’ Action Plans on the promotion of Research and Innovation, in support of their energy and climate goals.

The non-Cypriot partners also had the opportunity to be guided around the city of Nicosia, get to know its culture, and try local delicacies. The meeting ended with the participation of the partners in the 5th Cyprus Talks Green event, organised by the Cyprus University of Technology [CUT] on June 29.
